  I can not believe how bad the customer service is! I ordered a pizza for my staff in West End ... 2 hours later and still nothing. My staff left as they couldn't wait around and I called to cancel the order. The call centre person said no problems we will have the store credit your card. They advised me that it was on its way and I can have the order for free and they will refund regardless. Pizzas arrived stone cold and no one left to eat them so we threw them out! Store rings up and tells me that they are happy to give me a free garlic bread next time I order and isn't prepared to give me a refund!!! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!! NEVER AGAIN PIZZA HUT!!!

  Absolutely terrible. Not only was it 20 minutes late (I ordered two hours in advance) but the Hawaiian pizza ordered without ham had ham on it. Incredibly rude when I called up. Definitely won't be ordering here again.

  Quality has greatly deteriorated during the past few months. The last draw when pizza arrived with the pizza base soggy, under cooked with an odor of burnt food. Both pizza thrown out. Complained to head office and local store offered me 1 pizza and 1 soft drink to compensate 2 bad pizza,. I declined the offer and changed to another pizza business. Obvious under knew foreign management cutting corners to maximize profit at this store. Eagle boys did this at Fairfield last year and as a consequence, closed down.

  This is an edit of an earlier review I made a month back. The pizza quality is good, except for my first order a month back, where I wrote the original review. Amounts of topping 's, cheese and sauce are pretty good, and the pizza's have since been very well made since my first unfortunate order. This place is a miracle for food during exam times, where I'm short on time
