  Ordered a pizza delivery online. Almost 2 hrs past so I called. Apparently the driver couldnt find my place, so I confirmed address. About 15 mins later the driver delivers cold pizza that looked like it had been chucked in the bin. Called again to complain and was not even offered a refund. This has to be the worst pizza hut on the Gold Coast, stay clear of this one.

  Worst customer service. Order arrived after 1hr and 45 minutes. Distance was just 4.5km from my place. Upon contacting about the order status in the first 45 mins store manager said he didn’t even have the order then upon 2nd call after an hour off course I was annoyed and said I needed my order ASAP and owner said another 20mins. Owner threatening that my voice was being recorded because I was getting annoyed. Told him on the phone if it was taking any longer then give me refund and I will place order elsewhere and owner said he can’t refund and can’t help and that they cannot promise delivery time..... ridiculous service and worst behaviour by the store manager...... no courtesy to even apologise once.

  Una de las mejores pizzas de Gold Coast. El hindú que atiende es realmente majo. Pone bastante cantidad y es de gran calidad. Siempre es un placer ir personalmente a por las pizzas. Mientras esperas paseando, si se terminan de hacer, él mismo las saca y te busca por los alrededores

  Until Pizza Hut removes their current worker at this location, people should avoid this Pizza Hut at all costs. The approx 30 yr old male Sikh working the counter is nothing less than rude, argumentative, condescending and horrendously disproportionately arrogant. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. If you can't trust him to speak to you with decency then you certainly can't trust him to make your food.
