  They were a little slow in servicing my computer, it took about a week but they did a good job & the price was affordable

  Put away over an hour of your time to visit after work. Wait a while for any and all transactions. Simple or complicated, there is a long waiting line. IF you have a faulty item, they will 'test it'. Tell you that it works fine and send you on your way. Only to have the faulty item 'really' fail again a week later.... Round Two: Again, put away over an hour of your time to visit after work. The second more senior tech, eventually agree that items are faulty, and agrees to replace/up sell to a different manufacturer. You can have 1 star, for eventually replacing the part, but wasting several hours of my day sweating with another bunch of sweaty nerds standing around in your store waiting to be served.

  Have used these guys for all my pc stuff for years, did an awesome job with my custom build. Great after sales technical support.

  PLE Bentley are very customer focused from sales staff with excellent knowledge and patience explain items to Service dept. I can’t speak highly enough of Mathew took time to run through repair process completed the job in 24hrs and I’m back on line Thank You! I recommend these guys highly!
