::Delicious food unfortunately served by unprofessional waiters. Even if it were one rude staff, they all work together as a team and it could destroy the whole dining experience for the whole evening. We were often greeted by different staff members in their own language to which we apologised saying we didn't understand. It felt like we didn't belong there. It didn't help given the fact that we had a change of mind on one dish, one woman said something in her own language in an aggressive tone when she took back the dish. From then, our group were uncomfortable onwards throughout the evening. Sadly makes it a difficult place to recommend when there are other better alternatives with better service. I feel as though 'english' speakers are not welcome here. The food however was delicious though it left a bitter taste to the service in the end.

::My family and I have been dining at Plume since 2009. We live in the western suburbs and this place has always been our go to for authentic Chinese food. They use live seafood which represents the produce they use. Highly recommended in my books. Remember to ask for the smoked abalones!

::Held my daughter's 21st birthday here. The staff are friendly and professional. The food was beautiful. The decor lovely. And reasonably priced to top it off! Wouldn't hesitate to hold another family (or any other) function at this restaurant. Thanks for a great night.
