  The staff at Plush Newcastle provided excellent service from the minute I entered the store, even though they were attending to other customers they acknowledged my presence and were very thorough in going over the process and warranty with me once served. Although I have yet to receive delivery of my Snuggle chair I cannot praise Nigel and Tyler enough for the help they provided. I would definitely recommend Plush Newcastle to all.

  So happy with my new Santa Monica sofa from the Plush West Coast range. From the instore experience to delivery and follow up call post delivery. The Newcastle Plush team are so professional and make the whole task of purchasing a new sofa effortless. I just love my new sofa. Thank you!

  We have just taken delivery of our two new lounges and are really impressed with them. Nigel in the Newcastle store was awesome the whole way through the process. We had to have a delayed delivery due to waiting for our new house under construction to be finished and it wasn’t an issue for Nigel at all. We received multiple follow up calls to check on our progress and on the day of delivery the lounges were installed quickly by two friendly guys, with all the packaging taken away. A great experience for us all round.

  Just so thrilled with our two sofas and two electric recliners. From the in store staff to the delivery young men everything was handled with care courtesy and professionally. Only trouble is I don’t want to move off it. So comfortable. Thank you Newcastle Plush 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
