  Extremely rude and unprofessional lady that I had to deal. I was trying to exchange a damaged product and according to her it had initially past 7 days, but then she quickly changed it to within 24 hours! She constantly spoke over me, and when I asked if I could speak to someone else, she said, 'No. Higher than the boss? No one is higher than the boss. Even God isn't higher than the boss' (I actually didn't even get a chance to speak to the boss). Even if she was having a bad day, there is no excuse for her behaviour. Very unprofessional! Perhaps she's only like this because I wanted to exchange something
