  I saw Dr Mark Keen about pain, my appointment was on time. He was very understanding, well-informed and caring, taking the time to engage receptively in conversation without rushing or watching the clock at all. Very kind doctor.

  Great doctors - dropped in when I was living in Norwood 3 years ago and have been going back ever since.

  Have taken the kids to see a few doctors here and all have been excellent! Front desk staff are very friendly and appointments were on time.

  Incredibly high quality of GPs here that never try to rush you out. Friends of mine come from the other side of town to see doctors here. Service is really thorough so I don't mind the wait times as the standard of care is so high here.

  Great doctors, but I stopped going there because they're always late with appointments, you end up sitting in their waiting room for half and hour...
