  Hi, I just wanted you to know that I have been very impressed and am extremely delighted in every way Rachel is managing my property. From the very first day when she inspected my property, she was professional and genuinely excited and assured me it would do well. Since then Rachel on numerous occasions has gone beyond the call of dury in my opinion. Rachel has always been there to take care of business often on the weekends and public holidays.   We have been renting with the Property Shop since January and so far our experience has been great. We have been renting for five years in Brisbane and Melbourne and have had dismal property managers at best. Amber is wonderful. Replies so fast I haven't even closed the computer and makes sure any problems we have are fixed within the week at least. Hopefully things continue the same way for the rest of our time here, and if so I couldn't recommend this company and Amber enough.

  Nikkea and the team at The Property Shop have been great to work with. When we are needed for any maintenance on the properties they manage they are always contactable and have a answer for us regarding any work to be completed. Ensuring there tenants are kept happy. I would have no hesitation leasing my own property through them
