  Pretty small shop but have all the essentials when you get a new pet to get them off the ground! Feels more welcoming than a lot of the big stores

  We got our beautiful boy Archie from here, told he was from a mistake litter from their usual Cocker spaniel breeder - apparently he is a Cocker X cattle dog so we got him cheap. Still not sure if that is his exact breed but we have no complaints about his health or condition when we got him. Despite that, I don't think I would buy another pet from this place, very expensive "designer" breeds and no real information about the breeders when you go to check out the dogs. Our next dog will definitely be adopted or from a legitimate breeder, I don't think these sorts of businesses should continue to be supported..

  Very helpful staff and great service. Got our new puppy from here and he has been an absolute joy.. heard a few negative reviews about this place but our experience has been great and would definetly go through them again.. Alot of negative reviews where regarding health issues with animals but I think that risk remains anywhere you purchase an animal, people just often complain more than they compliment. The staff their seemed great and like they genuinely cared about the animals and went out of their way to take care of them. So thought Id post this review to give my honest opinion of the place, this is only reflective of my personal experience and everyone is entitled to their own opinion..

  Our English cocker spaniel was also diagnosed with severe bilateral hip dysplasia causing a symptomatic luxation and limp on one side by the time she was 5 months old! We went through an awful (and incredibly expensive) 3-4 month period having each hip operated on to avoid her living with the effects of this condition as she became older. We are lucky that so far it appears the procedures have been a success. Puppy Shack were incredibly rude when I emailed letting them know what had occurred. They were completely unsympathetic, accusational and derogatory to me in their reply. Puppy shack will certainly imply that they will provide you with information regarding your litter and the ‘registered and reputable’ breeders that supply the puppies, but this won’t eventuate. It is so difficult to find cocker spaniel puppies, and buying through puppy shack may seem like an easy solution but please don’t! In addition, paying upwards of $2.5k for an allegedly purebred puppy only to be told on the day of collection that there is ‘no papers’ included is revolting.

  Excellent customer service from Brooke and all staff. Clean and well supplied store. Thorough paperwork and Breeder details. We are delighted with our two happy and healthy Cocker Spaniel puppies. 🐶 Highly recommended 🌟!
