  QBE has a policy of frustration. They will stuff you around until you just give up-or suicide.What a mob of c...s. no stars.

  Terrible story I read in The Age, Money. "Travel insurance horror stories" 16/8/17. They only paid the claim once the journalist contacted them.

  Not even worth 1 star. Worst insurance company, customer service is atrocious with no regard what so ever for client safety and satisfaction. Absolutely appalled and disappointed.

  Not even worth one star! We have had the worst claim experience. You speak to an offshore call centre - they never return your calls even though they say that they'll call you back. Claims are greatly underpaid - so we're out of pocket for repairs as the result of an accident. QBE Leadership Team you should be ashamed at how you treat your customers. I won't be renewing my policy with you!
