  Excellent hotel staff and hotel service. Cooperative and caring staff. Room was neat and clean. The view is scenic from the hotel.

  Great location... Google mentions Complimentary breakfast. We were offered the breakfast for $19 upon check in. The apparently they stopped serving free breakfast mid 2017. We mentioned it to the front desk they said the website version is 'cached' lol. We paid extra for a newer room, but not sure if we got it..

  Had a family Christmas there. Booked 6months in advance for 5 rooms and for having 2 newborns and an elderly person and wanting rooms together. Was verbally told we will be on lower level and together. We were put on second level and split up. Management were not willing to help, and no apologies for the inconvenience or didn't even offer us a discount. Rooms are old and outdated and we had ants in our room.

  Great location & close to all major restaurants. Room was Ok but dated. The hotel is in need of an overhaul to make it 5 star. Our toilet was NOT HYGIENICALLY CLEANED when we arrived and had traces of fecal matter. Toilet was never cleaned over the duration of our stay. Housekeeping staff need to be retrained and advised of cleanliness.

  We stay here every year on our way over from Sydney to Adelaide for the Christmas holidays. The family suites are great. 2 bedrooms with a queen and 2 or 3 singles in the other. Separate small lounge and balcony overlooking the pool area plus well appointed bathroom. Lovely and the buffet breakfast is pretty good.
