  Terrible nails. Very thick, uneven and mishaped. I asked for them to be redone, for a refund or for them to be removed - the salon offered to fix them, but just filed the ends again (which wasn’t the issue at all). As they are SNS I can not remove them straight away and have to keep them for an event tomorrow. Very unhappy. Bad customer service.

  If you want a shonky nail job where the owner(s) are just after your money,this is the perfect place! Customers including myself, were told that they can have their nails done, escorted to a seat only to have to wait and have the girl doing your nails jump between clients. As for myself, after being overcharged to have sns done on my own nails, the nails started forming cracks after 1 day and now its been 9 days and two nails are chipped! When I went to show one of the owners, I asked her to give me a refund or just to have someone do them again, at which she refused and offered to have them fixed at half price with a very blazee attitude. 👎👎👎
