  It's a nice resort, very friendly and polite staff, very nice for kids. Things that I don't like was the room service was a bit below average. First day not cleaning the floor and no shampoos, second day didn't replace the empty napkin with new one. Furniture needs update. A/C can't go below 21 degrees.

  Quite a big hotel. Conference facility quite good. Suites are very spacious. Lovely views. Breakfast buffet didn’t feel very extensive. Club lounge food offering could be better

  Good food good facilities no need to leave the resort. Staff are very friendly especially when picking up my dry cleaning at 12am. Same day dry cleaning ia amazing when you have an awards night the same day. Hotel rooms are sufficient i stayed in a twin superior room and it was clean, spacious and cable tv is included with option of renting movies. Shower is good enough and it has a bath for kids also. Pool looked amazing but just bad weather when we went and gym facilities are state of the art.
