  Went for myself to get skin checked and booked hubby at the same time. They found a cancer on his neck that just looked like a bump. Cut it all out and sent for testing. As detected early and all removed he will be fine. Heading back for yearly checks now.

  I would like to share my bad experience about the really unnecessary scar /hole in my cheek I now have permanently after coming to your center. I was referred there for a swab for a suspected skin cancer. The surgeon cut it deeply for a swab sample for lab testing as if it was a skin cancer -bled for days. After the tests come back it was not a skin cancer at all . Why a swab test had to be so deep I do not understand it was more like a cancer removal procedure before being proven necessary. Not happy

  Booked 3 weeks in advance, they rang 3 hours before the appointment to cancel. No reason, no excuse. Very unapologetic and rude when i declined to re-book. Needed to take 2 hours leave without pay to attend this appointment, so im now $50 out of pocket. Thanks.
