::Thank you for providing Toby's Estate to the Mall. It's one of the finest I've ever had and the bonus is no need for sugar.

::Absolutely shocking and would NOT recommend for coffee or the training they offer. Went in for a coffee and was served by an extremely obnoxious and rude middle-aged woman... unfortuately it's the owner. I ordered a latte and asked if I could be terribly untraditional and get some chocolate sprinkled on top, to which she curtly replied: "So you want a capuccino then?" I said no, I did want a latte just with some chocolate. She then preceded to tell me the only difference between a capuccino and latte is the chocolate and that all espresso-based long drinks are the same, in milk terms. Oh dear. To have no idea on milk-espresso ratios and frothed v steamed milk, for a training centre, is appalling. They want $180 for a day training and you would have no chance of employment after if you're trained to think that chocolate sprinkles is all that makes a difference. To top this shocking experience off, she also told me that coffee in Europe is "all terrible" and she knows this because she's competed with them. Ha. Now, as a Brit who has lived in France for 5 years and travelled throughout Europe, I would have to strongly disagree. I advised her to go travel a bit... I think this lady needs to go get refreshed on coffee skills but also needs a massive dose of people and customer service skills. I went in for a latte; came out with an OK one but sadly in shock from a very unecessary confrontation from a very unfortunate lady.
