  Worst agency in the area for investors to use and residence to work with. They are lazy to communicate with and try to stronghold the consumers from their money.Highly dissatisfied customer for the past 2 years.

  Just finishing up a 2 year lease of a rental property with the team at Ray White in Ellenbrook. A great property management team with genuine effort to make the relationship between landlord and tenant work efficiently and stress free. I worked from home and this aspect of fast turnaround of maintenance issues was crucial. So thanks very much to Kirsty and her team .... a great job .... well done.

  I love dealing with the staff at Ray white Ellenbrook. They are so friendly and such a great professional team. Suzanne Mairs is wonderful at keeping me updated and informed on rent inspection and lease renewals & passing on any queries or information to the owners of the property I currently rent. And I'm am pleased that they donate Christmas gifts to families in need. Well done to the whole staff at Ray White Ellenbrook.

  From day one our experience with Mark Snelson and his very professional team was remarkable. Marks knowledge of the markets was amazing. Marks kindness and patience when dealing with us was fantastic. It was a pleasure working with Mark and his fantastic team. In the future if we need to buy or sell property Mark and his team at Ray White Ellenbrook will be our only choice.

  Great property management department. Takes the time to keep in touch and is always available if there is a problem with the property. The property manager is very pro-active and, when appropriate, circulates help and hint pamphlets to tenant. Such things as hints on reticulation maintenance, air conditioner filter cleaning and reminders of the hazards when putting up Christmas decorations. All round an excellent property management department. I wish they were all like Ray White, Ellenbrook.
