  Every single time I have ever ordered a burger/wrap that doesn’t have cheese I pay extra to get it added on and EVERY SINGLE time it’s not added... putting together a fast food order is not rocket science guys.. I swear there is a fast food memo that the public don’t know about where fast food companies like yourselves make your money by making customers pay for things and NOT supplying them.. while we are on this topic, serviettes, for the extravagant cost of a meal these days you would think they would be included... Slow service.
