::I wish to recognise the outstanding service provided to us by Michael at Redspot’s Adelaide branch on the 31st of January this year. We suffered some major delays with flights from New Zealand reaching Adelaide some 4 hours late and outside of Redspot’s company hours. Michael was contacted on Redspot’s after hours number, apologised that it would take him 15 mins to get to us, transported us in his private vehicle to the Redspot base to collect our car. Michael was extremely accommodating and turned the bad start to our holiday into something positive We look forward to dealing with Redspot in the future.
