  We come to Albany for our honeymoon and choose to support local business and we get sold steaks A DAY ago and they're so foul I wouldn't feed them to my dog! We brought them back for a refund and the guy refuses to refund us or acknowledge they were purchased here! Absolutely disgusting customer service and quality. Do NOT shop here not only for the quality but for the customer service from a man who isn't a butcher.

  Im absolutely disgusted with this place.. i bought 4 porterhouse steaks the day yesterday only to get them out tonight to see they are absolutely putrid.. when asked for a refund it was insinuated that i was trying to cheat him (when the owner sold me the meat!!! THE SAME BLOODY GUY!!) Refused to refund it.. i have called the health authority's and i hope they shut that place down never been so disgusted and angry with a bussiness and the attitude of its owner..
