  I coloured full head and i got all scalp, forehead,ears and neck coloured in red too. My hair was quite long and wanted to the dead end trimmed, came back with shoulder length hair. The worst experience by far, my scalp are still burning.

  I am a very picky person when it comes to service. I want it all. Fair price, good manners, nice environment and people who know what they're doing. I got all of that here and have never been happier with a hair cut. TANIA was pleasant and professional and did exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much :)

  BURNT MY SCALP. Got a Groupon. When I arrived for my colour and cut, I mentioned I wanted to permanently straighten my hair but had to wait longer because I was waiting for the bleach underneath to grow out. I was told my hair would be fine and I could get it straightened. Said I'd do it next time. The colour turned out great but when I left I realised the back of my scalp was really tight. Got home and it got worse. My partner looked and I was burnt in patchy spots at the back of my skull. The heat from the heat lamp had scorched my head. Rung the next day to let them know so it wouldn't happen in future. The woman just went "Huh" and asked me to come in the next day. I said that I didn't want anything and was happy with my cut and colour but that I thought she should know what had happened so it wouldn't happen to someone else. She never said sorry or even asked me if I was okay, all she said was, "I'd never seen hair like yours before"! Even though she'd said she could straighten my hair despite me saying that I'd had different advice! Very dodgy and would not recommend
