  Would not buy their shower screens they leak water due to huge gap between bottom of door and frame , guy fitted the splash guard but still leaks water

  Replaced an old Regency shower screen with a new semi frameless one. Both the guy who quoted and the installer were professional. Waited around a week from accepting quote to install for job to be completed on time. Happy with the service. Not sure why such bad reviews here.

  We recently had a shower screen replaced by Regency. Stephen was our salesman, he was polite, prompt and professional. Unfortunately thats the only positive comments I have to make about Regency. The job was started well before Christmas and not completed until late February. I could never get ahold of anyone from the office, whenever I did I was transferred to the accounts department that couldn't help me at all. I was harrassed for payment before the shower was even completely finished. I am very dissappointed by my whole experience and would not recommend Regency to anyone.

  I contacted Regency for a measure and quote on a Shower screen for a new extension because they did the wardrobes for the previous owners. I must admit after reading these reviews I was a bit concerned. I never write about my experiences good or bad but after having a pleasant one myself, I felt I had to. I could not fault their customer service. Adam, who came out to measure up and provide a quote was absolutely, wonderful. Excellent service, knowledge and advice and he is a great asset to your company. Price was competitive too. So, to anyone contemplating not engaging with Regency due to past reviews, give them a go.

  I read the reviews and thought I must be nuts to purchase a shower screen and mirror from Regency. I had two of the sales man attend my house on different dates. Both sales man showed up ahead of time and where very professional and knew their products. If I found the service from these guys even a little bit suspect I would not have gone through with the order. I got great service from these sales guys. The shower and mirror were installed on the date quoted and on the time organised. I could not fault the installer and found that he also knew his craft.
