  I was recommended this company through a funeral director, however, I didn't feel the result matched my expectations. They are printers and maybe I am an edge case (having worked with Visual Designers for most of my career) but I found the skills I required unmet. Eg. Requests for backgrounds cut away from the person in the photo would come back as a cropped photo. In times like this, it's just disappointing and you have no energy or time to push for what's desired. I think what would have been best would be told that no Photoshop skills were available and that it would be best to choose from the samples. Just thought to share this to help both parties achieve what they're after.
