  Clean, large rooms, great service. Ticks all the boxes and was in a super convenient location.

  Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We booked 3 nights but booked out 7am the first morning. Night staff on our arrival were so arrogant and dismissive that we wanted to leave immediately. There is no parking available in their tiny carpark so we had to park on the street. Car had to be moved by 8am or get a parking ticket. The room itself resembled a backpackers venue. One window in the room which had a view of a towering, aged brick wall right beside it. The television constantly turned itself on and off which meant we had no sleep. If you want a nightmare experience this sad excuse for a hotel will provide it.

  Rooms clean and fresh, staff overly busy but still v/polite at all times. Buffet breakfast was exceptionally yummy and worth 5 stars on it's own merit. We had to wait whilst the buffet was restocked... but totally worth it as it kept it consistently fresh. Loved the mini fruit salad. Parking on street available free from 6pm Saturday and into Sunday, although you have to be quick. Uber from train station $7 but only a 5 minute walk, or bus port 400m away.

  The good things its reasonable rates staff are friendly close to CBD. BUT the cleaning is shocking bathroom not cleaned once the toilet bowel is disgusting. No items replaced in room. It is run down & shabby. Dusty no care taken at all.

  We've stayed at some very expensive hotels around the world. Places that pride themselves on their service. This wonderfully unassuming hotel easily equals any hotel we have stayed at - regardless of price - when it comes to service. Honestly can't fault the friendly, no request is too hard manner of the staff here. This can't be understated when traveling with an infant and it really made the difference for us. Special thanks to James who helped us move rooms which really was the extra distance that made us go 'this place is awesome'. We will be back next time we visit Perth!
