  Would give zero stars if I could. They can’t seem to keep up with their appointments and continue to cancel my appointments repeatedly till they were no longer effective. Demanded a refund but kept getting tossed around, nobody even cared as I prepaid. Also one of their staff burned me with their laser treatments. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. I had one session left and after complaining about this I suddenly had “used up all my prepaid sessions”. I guess it doesn’t matter right, you’ve gotten my money. Please don’t visit this clinic for your treatments, I don’t know how in the world they are still up and running! Clearly a fraudulent business!

  Just visited the there today and I was so totally shocked with how professional the girls were and how welcoming they made me feel!! Didn't even feel uncomfortable at all :) Next time I booked in to see their cosmetic nurse as well. Very keen for my next treatments.

  Worst customer service ever for Melbourne Central branch !!! Let customer wait for long time more than 20mins even if some rooms and some staffs are available!!! And one more thing they let the customer who got booking after me go first because she said she can’t wait because she came on time .. I was playing phone that time maybe they thought that I didn’t listened and care about that !! You shouldn’t let customer wait more than 5-10 actually seriously never pay for sessions in here...

  good treatment, my sister got me a gift voucher and i been coming back for two years. Staff are great, they know what their doing and always give me a good price. My family always use this company

  Very clean clinic, The manager in this clinic will go above and beyond t ensure my treatment are effective. Her staff are amazing i have been there when tara has been sick and her staff made sure they were going to give me the same results. I enjoy my time in the clinic as i have had been to other laser places and they treat me like a number. Convenient location
