  My first visit to this store... The Retravision® franchise is one of great history in Western Australia. Once omnipotent, it seems to have lost it's once prime footing.. While the sub $20 item that drew me to visit, the sale price couldn't be met, due to the sale being over. The gentleman who helped me, did spend the time to explain why and when a similar price could be expected. Having worked in the CE industry myself, I leave the store empty handed and with very mixed feelings... For a $25 retail price on a $15 special, while I understand the industries rebates and cooperative rebates on pricing. A price of $23 is hardly endearing, when the last purchase was a $200+ vacuum cleaner for pets hair removal, sold to my elderly father... Who doesn't have pets and could have purchased a $60 vacuum clearer elsewhere which would have done the job. On a positive note, the gentleman I dealt with was polite and courteous, it was a cheap item and he was unaware of the vacuum cleaner. I welcome the owners thoughts on this review and both circumstances...
