  Pretty poor with customer service and lazyiness to be honest. Brought a dishwasher safe coffee plunger there that broke in the dishwasher. Was told id be called back that day in regards to possible replacement, but had to call them almost a week later... When I did call the lady was like "oh yea I remember this, yea no sorry youll just have to buy another plunger" i asked about buying replacement glass for it which she said there was none for that size, so I threw the $80 plunger out that I had only had for 3 months. Was in store last week and the male was pretty helpful, turned out they had about 4 replacement glass's and in the right size for $20 so you could imagine that I was pretty pissed as I have thrown the $80 plunger out. And they consider themselves as a hospitality supplier... sure. I ended up cancelling our order for platters and wont be shopping there for my business
