  Thanks Richardsons. I know we changed strata mangers for a reason. A grade service this afternoon. Our electric gate was broken and one phone call had a technician out within an hour and a half and the gate was fixed. Thank you so much. So appreciated.

  We have been dealing with Richardson Strata Management for our property now for approx 5 years and find them to be absolutely appalling! I would rate their level of service as the worst in the industry. Save yourselves the pain and don't use this company at all. Stay away as they are completely useless. Very unprofessional and totally incompetent.

  Richardson Strata are one of the very best in the industry and are extremely efficient and professional. I manage an apartment in a building Richardson Strata manage and it recently caught fire, Richardson Strata acted very efficiently and professional during what was a difficult time for all. They kept all residents, owners and agents up to date at all times. I would highly recommend Richardson Strata to any potential Council of Owners looking for an efficient and professional Strata Company to assist them with maintaining their asset.

  Richardson Strata Management Services is one of my favourite Strata company. As a property manager I have experienced lots of difficulties to deal with complaints from tenants and owners, but all of the strata managers in this company will always get back to me with solution at a lightening speed. For example, an explosion in 415 Charles which occurred recently has caused the complex to have no electricity. Within 1 week, RSMS able to overcome this issues and able to claim 1 week rent from their insurance. I would 100% recommend Richardson Strata to anyone :). Excellent customer service, Support, Professionals and Friendly. All the best, and keep the good work :)
