::Two blocks from my house but after another terrible customer service experience today I will be going out of my way to shop somewhere else. News flash Supa IGA staff: I shouldn't have to thank YOU for my business. I shouldn't have to wait for you to stop chatting with each other to be served. I also shouldn't have to reach across to pick up my grocery bags because your staff are too lazy to hand it over to me. And I shouldn't have to be hurried along because the customer after me is being served over the top of me. After years of putting up with it, I am done! Customer service is pretty simple stuff, just be slightly appreciative that I have chosen to spend my money with you....
