  I shopped at Adelaide Rundle mall store on 02/01/2018 at around 4.45 pm and left my phone some where in the store. The following morning (03/01/2018) I went back to store and wait for it to open at 9 am. The lady who opened the door of the store that morning had found my phone left on a bench at the store previous afternoon and had kept it for the owner to show up. I was so relieved and grateful when she handed it over to me. This employee is a great asset to Rivers and I will go back there to shop because of the employees like her.

  Wonderful experience. On recommendation ventured to buy in shoes. Smiling and helpful staff. Sue was very nice explained my wife membership benefits and gave great info on offers and about Rivers brand. Will be back . Cheers
