  I can't praise Rockport Emporium highly enough. Not only do I love the range and quality of the shoes they offer, but their customer service is outstanding. Both Angela and Julie offer thoughtful, informed and patient advice. They take the time to consider what you want without any pressure. They are helpful and respectful. This store makes shopping a true pleasure. Damien

  I walked into the store with sore feet and the retail lady sorted my feet out with a great pair of shoes. Good customer service, great range of shoes that are so comfortable and the store is conveniently located. I can walk all over Melbourne. A big shout out and thanks to Julie.

  There's not much worse than making an effort to get to a store, itching to hand over money, just before the advertised opening time, only for the doors to remain closed while the shop assistant is inside at the desk doing whatever is more important for a shop assistant than serving customers. I waited until 10 past opening time before i lost patience. As it happens I only wear Rockport so I was a ready made, no effort sale gone begging.
