    The food is great...but Customer experience is a shame.

    I ordered a simple pho dish and stated no coriander and cooked beef. Waited for 25 minutes and got a raw beef. Asked them to cook the beef.. got the food in another 10 minutes.. and with coriander... so total wait time of 35 minutes when my break is only 30 minutes.. also the noodles are still lumpy and sticky as if they are from the freezer

    Terrible service. Forgot my order and wasn’t until I asked after waiting ages they discovered it and started making it. Tiny bits of chicken in the Pho and noodles were all clumped together. I like Rolld but won’t be going back to this one.
