::Crap service and poorly managed!! They don't deserve any stars. I went in to remove my acrylic and to have shellac done. They put both my hands in acetone for 30 mins which btw destroyed not only the acrylic but also my skin. My skin now looks red, dry and flaky. They basically forgot about me and went on accepting other customers (obviously understaffed) I then decided to take things into my own hands removing the melted acrylic off my hands with the towel they had covered my hands with. When I finally spoke up about my damaged fingers the lady finally came over to have a look and apologised. She then went on to removing what was left while using the drill which by the way burn the crap out of one of my fingers (no apology from the lady of course). She lightly and poorly filed my non existent nails and put some oil and said I was done! I washed my hands only to see that acrylic was still on my nails. I then asked them if they were going to remove the rest of it and they refused! She said it was normal? I asked them 3-4 times to complete what they had started, but they lady instead hid in the back room making her innocent worker deal with the situation in broken English. I was so upset with this very poor customer service and expecting me to pay! I refused to pay for the poor service and incomplete job and left. DO NOT go to Rosabella to get your nails done as this was the 3rd time I gave them a chance. The previous times was also poor and crap quality nails. I thought previously it was just the lady that needed more practice, but no it was the whole crew! I also don't recommend making a booking with them as they take on anyone that walks into the door. I have witnessed this several times with women saying they've made a booking and to only see walk-ins take their place.
