::I had been a client of the clinic for my cat for many years and was completely happy, however in recent times the direction of the clinic has moved from patient centered care to money centered care. Recent changes in staff have accentuated this problem with staff becoming very aggressive when questioned. Do yourself a favour and consider one of the many alternatives in the region

::A really great veterinary practice - thoroughly recommend. Helped our furry family members (pets) on many occasions, Thanks!

::This clinic in my opinion is all about getting as much money out of you as possible. I don't claim or intend to discredit their clinical abilities but I do think that they are not working ethically and fairly when it comes to the paying the bill at the end of the service. My dog had a skin infection for which they recommended a General Anaesthetic to flush her ear out. It wasn't until i expressed concerns about putting her under unnecessarliy that an alternative option was even given. The alternative was to put her under IV sedation which is safer and less expensive. But still not very conservative and not necessary. The third option (my suggestion, not the vets) was to try and reduce the infection at home with an antibiotic cream which is what we had previously done and had worked so I was already pretty keen to just give that a go and see how we went before jumping straight away into giving my dog a very expensive and turns out completely unnecessary procedure as the cream did work. I was disappointed at the time that all my options were not given to me prior to me expressing concerns of a general anaesthetic. Then today requested the prescription for a medication called apoqel which has been prescribed for a skin condition that she has. She needs to be on these tablets every day for the rest of her life. They are expensive at $6 per tablet (cheaper if purchased in bulk), so naturally I have tried to source a more affordable option. When requesting the script from the vet clinic I was denied. They will not send me the script unless I pay $25.00 (for their time). I can't see how it would take any longer than about a minute to write a script, (maybe 5 minutes if they had to read over the notes) Regardless of the fact that I have already spent hundreds of dollars at the clinic already for consult fees and only been in a few months ago. They claimed that the script cannot be used interstate which is in fact untrue. The staff became very abrupt and argumentative and were not fussed at all when I told them that i would be seeking treatment for my dog elsewhere. They will also charge you a dollar for posting your insurance forms off. Which leaves a bit of a bad taste when after they whop you for expensive vet bills. You'd think the least they can do is help you out with your insurance forms.

::Excellent Vet have been looking after our boys for well over 10 years and we have never had an issue. Highly recommend them if looking for a new vet.
