::Ok. Here is the news. Guy is easily Newcastle's most knowledgeable diesel expert. He has thousands of dollars worth of equipment and is good at what he does! Another review suggested he likes giving advice. However, think about that for a second. He is in business, and is constantly bombarded with non paying tinkerers to mechanics wanting to pick his brain for free. Want advice... I'd suggest turn up with a ctn of New. Customer Service skills of a man who doesn't need the business and victim of last resorts and lots of wasted time by others less knowledgeable. Could easily be described as the Diesel Nazi, but this guy really likes to solve and help. Just don't be tbat guy who wants to get your problem diagnosed and solved for free.
