::Friendly and helpful. Obviously they attend to alot of people so they do what they need to do then move on. Obviously some people could take some of their nurses as rude but they have a job to do in which i understood.

::Very friendly staff and helpful although waiting time was bit long than expected.Doctor was so professional and gentle.Got 7 stitches on a finger.

::I had a serious injury on my chin and went emergency department at 4am. Reception lady looked at me and said how can I help you, I can barely speak as my mouth was swollen badly and bleeding, so I pointed my mouth and said I got injury here. The reception lady was very arrogantly, she said and I quote, “ why don’t you see a GP” ( 4am in the morning, tell me where to find a GP?) I said because they are closed. She said “ this is an emergency, it is for people who is dying” ( I swear this is what she said to me). I can’t understand why would this hospital hire someone like this, especially in emergency department. Two stars are actually for the nurse and the doctors who were very nice and patiently.

::Worked here in the 1970s such a different hospital now, Whilst the care is good it is not nearly the standard of the past. There is little communication with either the patient or 'team'. No one (least of all the patient) knows what is happening with them. Having said that WHEN you do actually get care the standard is good. The State and federal governments really DO need to do a huge review of healthcare otherwise it will continue its decline

::Great nurses, awesome doctors. Overall great atmosphere and environment. They make you feel comfortable and all are positive. My daughter had treatments here that was essential for her condition to cure of her disease.
