  Walked in and felt so welcomed. All the staff were amazing and very friendly. Great customer service as I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I could not fault the staff at this shop I walked out a very satisfied customer. I even walked past a warehouse staff member upon returning to my car and he was just as friendly asking me how my day was. Excellent 5 stars and I shall most definitely be back again. If you want a great experience drop into RSEA Newcastle

  Got some pants and other ppe from RSEA. Good range, nice looking shop and customer service was good. Will be back!

  Very poor customer service, not one greeting even at the registers and no one offered to help
