  Long time members tried to get appointment with their dental practice, long wait on main line, not good practice Maybe I will have to stay with our other dentist in the city.

  You have to go through the main line now & are left hanging on the phone forever, this service is no good, we have been members for 23 years & service used to be good, not anymore 😟

  I am so disappointed. I changed from Bupa to RT because my dentist had moved to RT Dental Brisbane. I can't even call the Brisbane number to ask a question. You have to go through the main line and go onto a wait line Very unhappy !!

  Have been wanting to change from a large anonymous fund to one with benefits and customer service and I feel I've found it with rt Health. Comparing the costs and benefits I would totally recommend a members owned fund.
