  We had supper service we where given the opption to take them home. They only ask for our address and license number which we did and returned it later we where satisfied that it was what we wanted We bought 2 carpets and was highly satisfied.

  Went here with my mum and they had a huge selection of Rugs on offer. They were happy and helpful..

  My wife and I recently visited "Rugs 4 Less" to view their range of rugs. We found a rug that may have suited our needs and asked the staff could they remove the rug from the rack and place it onto the floor where we could have a closer look at it, they answered "are you looking or buying", we assured them that we were in the market for a rug but would like to take a look at the rug on the floor as opposed to hanging on the rack. We were told "no there's too much work involved in that". We then asked if we could buy and pay for the rug but return it (the same day) to them if it didn't look quite right in our family area. We were told that a refund would not be given if we returned the rug, only a store credit. We left and I'm still scratching my head about the poor service that we experienced. We have now bought a rug from another store where they cheerfully allowed us to see the rug on the floor and were prepared to give us a full credit if we needed to return the rug to them.

  I had the absolute pleasure in purchasing our hall runner carpet from Rugs 4 Less. We had shopped around and found the quality of carpets here to be outstanding. The service we received was fantastic and could not have been more friendly, polite and helpful. I seriously recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional value and customer service.

  WOMAN VERY RUDE, ARROGANT, PUSHY AND WHEN DECISION WAS MADE WE ASKED FOR SMALL DISCOUNT SHE GOT ANGRY AND PLACED BACK IN STOCK. MAN ALSO QUOTED DIFFERENT PRICES FOR SAME THING AND SHE DOES NOT LISTEN TO BUSY PUSHING. ENDED UP BUYING THE SAME WOOL RUG ELSEWHERE ----CHEAPER
