  After staying the Hotel over the weekend I cannot fault the staff, extremely polite, professional. We arrived and were told we had a complimentary upgrade (we had booked a city view) but upon going into the room found it only viewed the car park, we then got upgraded to honey moon suite which was a nice gesture and a great view. The hotel however is in major need of maintenance there paint peeling off the walls and roof, water stains and patch jobs everywhere, and the fittings to the spa (taps)in the room had fallen out of the tiles. The accessories in the room (kettle and iron etc) were $7 from big w and the ironing board had a strange mucus sticky residue on it. Upon getting into bed we discovered there was blood on the mattress protector that was visible through the sheets and the wind was howling so much I had to put our towels on the floor at the door to stop it. The reception staff had to come and change the sheets as house keeping had gone home which I don’t believe was fair on the receptionist. Overall the staff are nice however they appear to be being let down by their superiors not bothering to maintain the hotel The car park in the back is horrific be very careful your car doesn’t get damaged

  Excellent place for a business event. Professional service, room was laid out well, nice facilities, toilets very clean and modern, best 4G reception and data speeds in Adelaide (Telstra over 300mbps). Next time there is an event here I will stay overnight, I hear it's great value and the rooms are cheap. Met with others attending the event for breakfast, food was fantastic and buffet breakfast great value for $22. Parking great value for $10 all day on a weekend.

  Stayed in spa suite. Room was amazing, great atmosphere. Front desk and elevator a bit dated but otherwise great hotel with friendly staff.

  Fantastic rooms and spas. Rooftop bar is very good. Lovely experience for a quick getaway. Breakfast in ground floor Cafe was a little disappointing though (plates / cups not clean, food could be a lot hotter)

  We booked out the top floor for a 3 day training event and it has spectacular panoramic views of the hills, parklands and greater Adelaide. The facilities were excellent and there was sufficient on site car parking for 30 cars. However, public transport to this southern pocket of the city is non existent and the building is quite dated outside.
