  Great customer service and quality food for Bufet. My Sis and I have been there couple times now and the friendly staff, two in particular but I didn't grab their names, is what keeps me coming back. 5/5Stars.

  Good facilities for the price we payed to stay. A little Older in style late 80s maybe early 90s theme, but $250 for two nights, complimentary buffet breakfast for my family of 5, and kind and helpfull staff on hand it was bargain!! I'd happily stay again for that price.

  Room is dated and very ordinary at best. A very old bathroom and small. The queen bed was a double at best and so soft that my wife had to sleep on the floor as it was affecting her back quiet badly. Have 2 nights booked but will be looking to check out early. Great location

  Sunrise from my window. And a meal in the restaurant were both satisfying. It's a good central location surrounded by bars and restaurants. I liked the idea of not getting my room cleaned and made up every day and getting $10 off my food and drinks..

  3 and a half star hotel strategically located in the heart of Townsville. Really comfy bed with almost no street noise. Breakfast Buffet provided while not spectacular but still decent enough to satisfy most palates. Service at the reception was warm and courteous too, befitting a hotel of 3 to 4 stars. Located within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. They even have complimentary on site covered parking. An easy recommendation if you can get a good deal online.
