  Nice spot, good food. My only recomendation is it needs fans on a super hot days.

  They say they close at 3pm, but got here at 2:20pm and the coffee machine was closed off. They reluctantly serve us a milkshake and it was not cold.

  Had been waiting for 15 minutes for three takeaway coffees and a carrot cake. The guy who ordered before me waited just as long and was in a rush and was being a little rude to staff about where his coffee was, however the staff were just as rude back to him and they bitched about him after they left quite well within earshot of the other customers who were waiting. The guy was irritated because the barista kept walking away from the coffee machine and was pulling faces at most the orders that were coming through. Another staff member came to help on the coffee machine after the wait times were over 10 minutes, which is way too late to be coming to help, and my order was stuffed up (the decaf coffee was in the wrong cup (supposed to be the mocha not the flat white, which could be bad given I’m not allowed to have caffeine due to health concerns) and none of the girls were happy to be there. The only positive was the carrot cake was nice, potentially a little undercooked, but presented nicely. This isn’t just some cranky customer, I have been a supervisor in a cafe previously for two years so I’m very well aware how things work. But that just made it less impressive as a customer regarding the service.

  Ideal location to mix kids and coffee. Be prepared to wait for your coffee at busy times: it's worth it. Staff friendly. Manager stressed. Food portions smallish but tasty.

  Went there today great view that's the best part. Coffee awful , cakes were stale and sent my husband's back. Gave him a new one but they freshened it in the microwave!!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!
