  Poor service was not happy.. The woman working there didn't look like she even wanted to be there prob wont bother getting my screen repaired probably go with with new service, today's experience gave me a whole new view on Samsung wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

  We had a problem with our tablet while traveling around Australia. It wouldn't charge or accept our USB with all our travel info on and drove two hours to the Marion SA store unannounced. The staff there ( Mark) was incredibly understanding and helpful.He booked us in and sorted out our problem promptly as well as giving us some helpful tips on how to get the best out of our tablet and extend battery life while travelling around Australia. Thank you

  We went into the store on a Thursday night to look at the features of the new s9 and s9+. We had excellent service from Regan. She explained all the features of the phones. Answered all our questions and was super friendly and great customer service. We came back Saturday morning and ordered our phones (staff super helpful and friendly too). We got a call on Tuesday to say that our phones were in and we had to make an appointment. Due to our busy schedules, we couldn't do the times that they had available so she went above and beyond to squeeze us in that night after work (and after appointment times). She even stayed way past her finishing time to help us set up our new phones. Regan and the other staff that were working on these days were super helpful and we are so grateful for Regan and everything that she did for us. 10/10 service! Well done and thank you!

  We had absolutely fantastic service from Alex, answered all our questions we had and went out of his way to help us, without us even asking specific questions. We will be going back here in the future solely for Alex and his amazing customer service.
