  Would give them 0 stars if possible. Unhelpful, do not return calls and when questioned reply is ' you're not the only case we are dealing with'. No empathy or compassion, pure blood suckers.

  After the passing of my mother earlier this year, I've had to deal with the rude, unhelpful staff at Sandhurst. Instead of helping us manage Mum's estate, they made this time even more difficult and painful. I would ask direct questions as they don't explain anything well and would receive wordy, long winded answers that didn't actually address the question. They are all smoke & mirrors to drag the process out longer so they can make more money. They get you to pay an "estimate" of commission and then don't refund that amount to you when the actual isn't as much as the estimate. They are thieves! I've been treated horrendously and taken my Dad's will elsewhere, as I would never want to deal with these monsters again. They are just preying on vulnerable people in their darkest hours, they're a disgrace!
