  They have nailed the experience at Sasquatch. The food was sensational, the staff were knowledgeable and so good at what they do. The alcohol menu was well thought through and extensive. What a fantastic addition to Chermside.

  Grab a mate, a few schooners, a kilo of wings and if it's your thing - a chess set from the bar. Pretty nice atmosphere and great staff. Food is delicious, and the rolls are bigger than you'd think.

  It's so great to have a local place that serves fresh quality meals. We had the caramelised miso glazed salmon and I have to say that it was the best salmon I've ever had. Everything from the presentation, texture, and taste. The strawberry waffle bowl was also really yummy. I felt like a kid again but it was presented with style. We'll definitely be back again. I want to try something else but I don't think I can go past that salmon. It's obvious that they have a chef who cares about what food they present.
