  Ticket machine didn't work it was flashing random lights on the screen and I was stuck, helpline was useless, do not go to this carpark.

  For someone who doesn't know the city or parking, this was great - smaller cars are easier 🙄

  Paid for parking, put ticket in machines, gates did not open. They then refused to allow me out until I paid again. I refused to pay again, I even had proof on my phone banking app I paid. They said I cant go until I pay even after 30 minutes and around 30 cars backed up behind. Site also charges $1 more than advertised on their signs for parking and then a card fee on top of that. Monopolies are bad and this company has one, so they do not need to provide service.
