::The machines were broken and cars began to pile up behind me (in both lanes, at both pay stations). It took 20 minutes for me to walk around to various stalls, which were also not working. The man on the intercom was rude and unhelpful and refused to let me out when out paying. He continued to blame my card even though I insisted I had tried all 4 of my credit cards. I was only 5 minutes over the free parking limit. I am a local and I will absolutely not be parking here again. Absolute joke.
