  Excellent rooms ...excellent service and excellent food. Food is a little pricey but well worth it. Room service was fast . Nothing lacking at this motel. I will definitely be staying here again A++

  Great atmosphere, with wonderful food with very friendly staff. A good place for drinks with friends, functions or a date. Highy recommend.

  Stayed 4 nights recently. Great location and within walking distance to town and station. The pub next door had cheap and cheerful food which was convenient after a long day. Well appointed and clean rooms. Very comfortable. Looks to be a family business. Rong was friendly and helpful.

  Great rooms. Have stayed here several times while on business trips to Ballarat. It’s the best place I’ve stayed in Ballarat too. If you are looking for somewhere to stay for work I can recommend Seymour’s. The restaurant service and food is excellent. Above par for a pub food.
