  I feel the breakfast staff need further training in customer service. They spend more time trying to look busy than attending to guests . No greeting from them and if they do it's not sincere. I had 3 days there and was disappointed with the food it needs a revamp. The hotel is not living up to it's 5 star rating. My group bags sat in the foyer for 1 hour before delivery and I was back with the guests to see them there and asked why it had taken so long and Alex said "Can't you see we are doing it" ????? I had informed receptionist I would be back after orientation walk in 1 hour... I asked the porter if he was busy during that time and he replied the receptionist said you did not give a time to come back so no rush...The hotel has my number and could have called me to clarify... I had a very good room so thank you however a few guests commented the rooms smell musty...this is the tropics so understand this

  My rating could have been better if we were not told to wait until 12:00NOON for our room to be ready since we arrived at around at about 9:300am. Based on the people checking out while we were waiting, at least one room could have been freed up and given to us right away. I understand that most hotels have a policy of assigning rooms at 12:00Noon but I think the front office staff did not do their best to be more attentive and accommodating. Also being seniors, 69 and 70, we were assigned room 2070 which was at the end and one of the farthest from the entrance. Your hotel though has a very good location compared to the Hilton, which we have originally booked.

  We have a wonderful time at hotel. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very well done! My personal appreciation to Steffi at North bar, who provide us exceptional high level of services and excellent assistance for us. We enjoy very much our dinner 3 day in a row. thank you

  On the higher end of price, but well worth it. Amazing and helpful staff from the phone calls to the reception. The room was clean and the view was great. Although we didn't get to enjoy the facilities due to the nature of our stay, they looked great too. The pool looks really amazing. Would stay here again for any special occasions in the future :)
