  Had a problem, and the young lady had it fixed in no time , so helpful even with a shop full of customers well done.

  Friendly assistant with some good advice about what I wanted to buy. (Slightly weirded-out that I was being given advice on beard trimming by a girl, but I guess I shouldn't be). A good range of accessories, too.

  This shop was previously owned by a franchisee. I bought a Water-Pik there. When I had to have a handset replaced because the tube broke, as it inevitably will, the franchisee replaced it for a reasonable price. Then he sold the shop and it became a "Corporate Shop". When it broke for a second time, the Corporate Shop had lost all interest in backing up these products and did not have any replacements. Don't shop there for two reasons: firstly, they may or may not support their products and secondly, show them that crap service is not appreciated.
