  I have to congratulate John for his amazing customer service skills and dealing with my issues. He was amazing and i would highly recommend that he gets a raise!

  This was our third stay here. The beds need replacing badly really terribly cheap beds. The new managers need to have a personality and smile it's a bit creepy now they have security and you feel like they watch your every move must be what living in a cell block is like. It's a bit of a buzz kill seeing as the setting of the apartments is so relaxing. The rest of the building has had a freshen up the rooms need a bit of a refresh as well. The check out time is an hour earlier than most places as well so that kills the Sunday relax sleep in mood.
